Fine Gael Children’s Spokesperson, Alan Shatter TD, during Dáil questions today (Tuesday), asked whether hundreds of thousands of euro have been wasted on a defective child protection notification system. Deputy Shatter called on the Children’s Minister to put a proper system in place in the interest of children reported to be at risk.
